Women are more prone to fibromyalgia than men to a 9:1 ratio.

This medical disorder is also considered a musculosketal disease and neuropsychiatric condition because of the abnormalities found in the central nervous system which affects the brain.
These are said to cause some clinical symptoms and other body conditions such as over all body ache and constant fatigue in shoulders, neck, back and hips.
Today, there is still no treatment available for fibromyalgia.
The only thing that can be done is to reduce its symptoms by clinical trials such as medications, behavioral interventions, patient education and exercise.
